Please Note Before Posting:

If you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down the list. We reply to tickets in the order they arrive into our ticketing system. If you have additional comments prior to us responding, please edit them into the initial post.

Before submitting your ticket, please ensure:

  • You have read the documentation, which came bundled with your download. The documentation covers important topics, ranging from the installation of the theme, to its proper usage. You can check it hereLuvaniz
  • You've checked out our video tutorials to see if your question could be answered in one of them.
  • Make sure that you you’re using the newest version of the theme. 
  • Try to deactivate all the plugins except those that come in pack with the theme and try seeing whether the problem is stayed or went away. If a plugin is indeed causing your issue, include the name of the plugin in the ticket.
  • If this is the first time that you open a ticket, to avoid delay, you should give us your website information (WP admin and FTP accounts) if you report a bug or need help to check something in WP admin.
  • Post as much info as you can on your requests: LINKS and SCREENSHOTS are always welcome! If you don't provide any, and I might need them, so if you're in a different timezone than me, you're just losing your time.
  • We are in GMT +7. We work from 8AM to 11PM. We will try to reply to you as soon as possible (within 24 hours), but depending on the current load the wait time can be slightly longer, so please be patient.
